Five things I believe in for Health and optimal being

  1. Meditation – alone time, peacefulness, journaling, self-focus.
  2. Joyful movement of the body – Finding the exercise system you and your body resonates with gives you staying power for your exercise requirements.
  3. Drink lots of water
  4. Healthy Diet – avoid processed foods – eat slowly and mindfully – eat when you are hungry and stop when you are not.
  5. Gratitude – Every night before going to sleep, review the day’s events – reflect on your interactions and actions – give thanks for every event and to every person you came into contact with.
