Your privacy is extremely important to us. At Hutchison Healing Touch, we know how concerned you
are with how information about you is used and shared, and we are glad that you
trust us to handle your information responsibly. This notice explains our Policy.
When you visit Hutchison Healing Touch, you are accepting the terms and
conditions of this policy. Privacy Policy Hutchison Healing Touch will not share, distribute,
sell or give out in any way any information disclosed by you on this website or
in the course of service request and delivery by us. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers
online may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders
they have placed online. Please provide us with your correct phone number. Unsolicited email Policy Purchasing Policy Registration and
Refund Policy Payment must be received in order to reserve
your space. You may register either by: > Paying the full workshop fee - OR - > Paying a 50% deposit on the workshop
fee, with the balance paid at least 7 days prior to the event. Those who are paying by credit card and
choose the 50% deposit option shall have the balance of the workshop fee
charged to their card 7 days before the event. If you are paying with a credit card, you
may register online. If you prefer to pay with a personal cheque or money
order, you may print out the online form and mail it to Hutchison Healing
Touch. Cash is not accepted for any workshop registration. You will receive a confirmation of
registration by either email or regular mail. Cancellation and
Refunds Policy If you cancel your registration with LESS
THAN 14 days to an event -- for any reason -- no refunds or credits towards
future workshops will be given. Notice of cancellation may be made by phone
or in writing. Written notice shall be delivered to Hutchison Healing Touch via
email or fax. Refunds for credit card payments shall be made within 5 business
days; payments by cheque shall be refunded within 10 business days. In the event that you need to cancel a
therapy appointment – we require 48 hours notice so that we can give your
appointment slot to someone else. There are no refunds given for therapy
sessions – if you are unsatisfied with the session you have received, please
discuss this in person, by phone or by e-mail and we will discuss a mutually
